Ryan Murphy the creator of the mega hit “Glee” called into “On Air with Ryan Seacrest” on Friday to talk about “The Glee Project,” the secrets of “Glee” season 3, his connection to Charlize Theron and his recent engagement.

No spoilers beyond 1x21 (like, a mention of a song). Well, maybe, a little for season finale. He hints at some guest star, but it's... very, very vague. You're safe :)

I was driving to work yesterday and since I live so close to the border, I can pick up KISS 98.5 in Buffalo. Much to my surprise, Janet & Nick were talking to Harry!
